Refund, Cancellation & Return Policies

Registration fees for Chamber events will not be refunded if cancelled less than 48 hours of the scheduled event. If you choose not to attend an event that you registered for, you agree to forfeit the fee. In cases where an event is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded.

Membership fees are non-refundable. The White Rock & South Surrey Chamber of Commerce memberships are for a 12 month period, starting on the day the fee is paid. If you decide to no longer be a member within the 12 month period, the membership fee will be forfeited.

The White Rock & South Surrey Chamber of Commerce does not sell tangible goods through our web site, so we do not have a return policy.
